Ziyingdian lake in central park is located at the north of Lihu Bridge. It leans on the bridge and is adjacent to the lake with splendid scenic vision. It covers an area of 15.8 hectares and is an important node in the scenery of Lihu. In the design and construction, the park combines the advantages of traditional gardens and European parks to create a high-quality green space, and integrates leisure recreation, distributed activities and commercial functions into a tourism and leisure center.
In the garden, the four landscapes of “The attraction of spring, the beauty of summer, the charm of autumn and the condensation of winter” are combined to show the south of the river with the flowers of the four seasons. Surrounded with water and the amazing scenery, the twelve small bridges reveal the water town style.
The Garden within Garden – Shi Yuan, named after the history of Fan Li and Xi Shi Shiyu boating on Lihu. The garden is surrounded by flourishing woods and tall bamboo bushes. The winding path is surrounded by the creek, and the pool is surrounded by the blue water. It is like a moon mirror and connects to the endless horizon. The four pavilions of Liu Yun, Tian Yuan, Yue Hong, Qing Hui face each other and look Around Charmingly. The water mirror gallery built around the water is a circular arc with 286.7 meters long and a combination of Chinese and Western styles. The gallery is engraved with celebrity poems, paintings and photographic works that praise the ancient and modern Taihu Lake, which highlights the gorgeous culture of Taihu Lake and feels the civilization of five lakes. In front of the gallery, there is clear water, and the lotuses are full of pond, which are slim and graceful, and filled with the aromas of flowers.
The Water Ferris Wheel “Star of Taihu Lake” is 115 meters high and stands on the bank of the park. Sitting on the Wuxi Lihu Ferris Wheel not only can you see Taihu Island, Luding Mountain and other Taihu Lake scenery, but you can also overlook the Wuxi City. After the night falls, the electronic decoration of the Ferris wheel will change into a beautiful scene.
