Xuelang Mountain Ecological Landscape Park is located on the edge of the Xuelang Street in Wuxi, near Taihu Lake in the south and Meiliang Lake Scenic Area in the west, covering an area of 5,000 acres. In 2006, it was rated as a national 3A tourist attraction. It is composed of ecological landscape and historical humanistic landscape. It is a scenic area integrating tourism, leisure, vacation, fitness and teaching.
The ecological landscape area is composed of Xiangyang Forest Fruit, Langshan Yinghu, Xuelang Gongcha, Xuelang Guanfeng and other scenic spots. The historical humanistic landscape area is composed of Royal Tea House, Jiangzi Academy, Zhuangyuan Road, Xianren Cave, Dongshan Temple, Rushu Temple and Hengshan Temple. Baishou Pavilion, Wanfu Pavilion, Hanyue Pavilion, Wanzhu Pavilion, Beacon Terrace and numerous stone carvings, cliff carvings, and inscriptions are very attractive.
Tourists climb the mountain in the spring, drink tea in the summer, enjoy chrysanthemums and oranges in the fall, and enjoy plum blossom in the winter. Let the people who live in the city for a long time feel happy and find the feeling of “Xanadu”.
