Aozao Noodle in Suzhou

Aozao Noodle, a century-old traditional snack in Kunshan, Suzhou, is quite particular for its delicious soup base. Boiled with fish head, eel bone and old duck as ingredients, the noodle soup is simmered with flow fire for hours. The finished soup tastes salty and sweet, full-bodied and delicious.
