This dish of Biluo Shrimp is made from very particular materials. The best raw materials are river shrimps from Taihu Lake whose meat is fresh and delicious. Another raw material, Biluochun tea, is selected from the two islands of Dongshan and Xishan on Dongting Mountain, Taihu Lake, Suzhou. With the tea liquor of faint scent of Biluochun as seasoning, it is cooked together with river shrimps.
