The Qingming Bridge Ancient Canal Scenic Spot is located in the south of Wuxi center and covers an area of about 44 hectares. The scenic spot is made up of two “Y”-type millennial ancient canals and two riverside ancient streets, which is rich in historical remains and cultural landscapes. For Qingming Bridge, the whole bridge is well-proportioned, stable and grand, which is the most famous attraction on the ancient canal of Wuxi.
Sitting on a cruise ship, you can see a fashionable antique building from the Nanchan Temple Pier to the Kuatang Bridge. From the Kuatang Bridge to the Qingming Bridge, it is the best part, which is called “Jiangnan Water Lane and the Only Canal Place”. Along the way, you can find many arm-chairs and small terraces on the water, and visit the Narcissus Temple, the Canal Culture and Art Museum, the Kangong Fire Services Museum, and the China Silk Museum.
