The Most Beautiful Road for Self-driving, Liyang No.1 Road自驾最美公路,溧阳一号

Liyang No.1 Road is one of the first batch of tourist scenic roads in Jiangsu Province, which is known as the most beautiful self-driving highway in Jiangsu, with a total length of 365 km.This is a road with brand new concept, even the senior people in the local area failed to know such a road.

Generally, it has three routes:The first one is Dongyuan Line-Shexu Line-Pingheng Line. In this section, it mainly has Caihong Road. The Dongyuan Line, within a stone’s throw of the Tianmu Lake Tourist Resort, adjoins to Hantian Hotel. It is one of the classic village tourism roads in Liyang, along the route, there are both large-scale farms concerning Shisi Garden and original ecology like homestays in Sansheng Village, which are both good options for tourists;

The second one is Pingheng Line – Jinxi Road – Hengzhuan Line – Huangnan Line – Zhuhai Avenue. The Heluogang flower sea covering 55 mu is created along the Jinxi Road, which is 1.5 km in length, planted with large Cosmos sulphureus Cav. (also called Huang Qiuying), which contains the dazzling golden yellow flowers.Along the way, the tourists can stop at the observation platforms like Xianrentai and Guanfotai to appreciate the broad view. There are undulating terraced tea gardens around. If there is a little drizzle, standing on the observation platform to look afar. The mountain peak is covered with clouds and mist, like a fairyland and a reclining Buddha, with a green hill on its head and a tea garden at its feet. The viewing platform is also named after it;

The third one is Jinniu Line – Zhuhai Avenue-Nanshan Zhuhai. It is located in the southern area, which is mainly built around the two major scenic spots of Tianmu Lake and Nanshan Zhuhai. Shenxijie Village is worthy of visiting when you have extra time. There are pleasant green mountains and exquisite scenery all the way.The Jinniu Line adjoins to the Nanshan Bamboo Sea, and you can go all the way to the Nanshan Bamboo Seascape. You will surely be drawn to the original natural scenery.
